About the Event
Agile has generally been focused on team-level execution and continuous product development. OKRs have aimed to accommodate some Agile emergence in the strategy, though one could argue that OKRs are more of a strategy deployment tool than strictly a strategy definition one. If the strategic work initiation follows a rigid top-down approach, there will be little genuine business agility. Could strategy be the missing piece to transition from Agile to Enterprise Agility? Is it time to focus on strategy?
This workshop is a unique opportunity to learn and grow. It will explore why and how we need to rethink strategy in a faster-changing landscape with more complex value chains. It will also offer a starter education to the modern framework called Wardley Maps, explain its advantages over other frameworks, and offer time to try and practice your first maps.
This workshop will be 90 min long and fit within the schedule of the Business Agility Conference pre-conference workshops.Â
