The (New) Leadership of Harnessing the Collaborative Systemic Intelligence at the Business Agility Conference

There is much talk about leadership in the Agile sphere. Management is not in fashion anymore; leaders should become inspiring, adopt an Agile mindset, and serve their teams. Their role is even in question with self-organising, autonomous teams. For many, it is confusing, and the good old British attitude when it all gets too much is to “Keep Calm and Carry On,” which results in much change inertia and dissonant transformation efforts. This talk will recognise how we are living through a transformative time in leadership and how managerial roles are evolving in the landscape of the inherent complexity of knowledge work. We will explain the emergence of Systemic Leadership and why the roles of leaders are still very much needed!

This workshop will be 20 min long and fit within the schedule of the Business Agility Conference TED-Talk style workshops.
