Service Description
Off-sites are an excellent way for a leadership team to design their approach to complex challenges and get aligned. We help you achieve just that using strategy approaches and joining your inside-out change strategy to your outside-in business strategy. The format of the service includes: - Preparation of the offsite with the team - establishing the focus areas, - Design of the off-site using a mix of Agendashift IdOO, xMatrix and optionally Hexi facilitation, - Optionally establish an Agendashift assessment to stimulate the discussions, - Facilitation of the off-site, - Post-workshop notes, Note - the off-site can be arranged at the Client's premises or a specific location. We look forward to working with the existing logistical arrangements that you have in place. Deliverables: - Identification of the continuous change vectors, - xMatrix of the change strategy deployment, - Cadence of review, - Wardley Maps or Hexi Landscape of the strategy. Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish your interest in engaging the support of Henko. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of an engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for engagements that need to happen on a specific date (e.g., presentations, off-sites). It is best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
