On-going Assistance to help a Leadership Team navigate the decision landscape of Change
Service Description
This programme, backed by our extensive team coaching expertise, is specifically designed to continuously assist a Leadership Team in navigating the complexities of organisational change and maintaining its leadership alignment. When navigating a changing organisation, it is critical for a leadership team to be unified and well coordinated with their teams. Our proactive approach allows you to maintain the Change agenda, continually support its current progress, and anticipate its next progress. Format of the service: At the service's core, we will take part fortnightly in your team governance sessions (assumed 2Hrs): - Observation of the team dynamics - Participation in clarifying Change directions and the leadership role in those - Own a monthly agenda item to discuss a Change review from the service review - Provision some time for extended follow-ups with team members on particular points In addition, we will also: - Optionally - Run three Systemic Team Coaching sessions at the rate of every couple of months (months 1, 3, 5) This service considers attending the team's governance sessions in person or virtually, as it would suit you. Upon booking the service, we discuss your leadership team's cadenced schedule and ask you to add us to the invites. We will track the service's progress in the service reviews.
Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
