Service Description

This programme, backed by our extensive team coaching expertise, is specifically designed to continuously assist a Leadership Team in navigating the complexities of organisational change and maintaining its leadership alignment. When navigating a changing organisation, a leadership team must be unified and well-coordinated with its teams. Our proactive approach allows you to maintain the change agenda, continually support its current progress, and anticipate its future progress. Format of the service: - Initial observations of the team in sessions and initial coaching workshop to set the coaching agenda (what are the challenges of the business, how we'll approach them), - Agree on intentional directions of work with the team and crystalise the change strategy as a leadership team and for the teams they lead, - Participation as an observer in regular sessions with the team and offer feedback, - Run regular reviews and check-ins on the progress of change as agenda items of the team sessions to hold continued accountability to the agenda for change, - Run a few systemic team coaching sessions with the leadership team to clarify roles and maintain commitment accountability, - Provision of some time for extended follow-ups with team members on particular points. This service considers attending the team's governance sessions in person or virtually, as it would suit you, depending on your budget. Upon booking the service, we discuss your leadership team's cadenced schedule and ask you to add us to the invites. We will track the service's progress in the service reviews. Cancellation Policy

This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
