Coaching Supervision for Agile Roles
Supervision for Agile roles, Agile coaches and practitioners working with Agile and Change
Service Description
When you operate in Agile roles or as an independent practitioner, helping organisations with Change, it can often feel isolating and overwhelming. You're tasked with making daily decisions and shaping your team interactions in a supportive, enabling (systemic) manner, which can lead to confusion. But what if you had someone to turn to? Someone who could help you make sense of it all and guide you in improving your practice? If this resonates with you, our service is here to provide the support you need. This challenge is not new and is well-known in the coaching industry. Coaching is a reflective practice, and coaches have to engage in a reflective practice for themselves. In other words, coaches must "taste their own medicine" to offer it to their clients. It is not surprising that the same applies to Agile roles and new styles of leadership, which include coaching skills and approaches. Format of the service: - Upon signing up for the service, we will carefully match you with one of our coaches to ensure good chemistry, - You would then establish a cadence of meets with your coach that you pre-book, - The first session will reflect on your current landscape as a leader or as a practitioner, establish your coaching/mentoring agenda, and start discussing the specific challenges you face. This session sets the direction for the rest of the programme, - Subsequent sessions will delve deeper into your chosen topic or the situations that have arisen, providing you with the space to reflect effectively and make significant progress. This is not just about solving immediate challenges, but about your personal growth and the strides you can make in your role. - We follow a six-month cycle, which we've found to be the ideal time for significant progress with some challenges. This represents six months of support at the rate of one session a month. However, we understand that urgent needs can arise, so you have the flexibility to consume the sessions faster if you wish. - We can discuss continuation after six months, or if you are committed to your long-term growth, you may secure our continued assistance directly for a year with our twelve-session packages, which guarantee your two cycles.
Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
