Landscape assessment and change strategy

Initial engagement to review your landscape and co-design your strategy and initial change increment

Service Description

Assessments and initial change design engagements help you clarify and position your needs and establish a new 'Henko' path forward. The format of the service includes: - Interviews of a few people from senior management to team members, - "Genba" on a range of team meetings, - Optional Agendashift inside-out assessment or custom Flow assessment, - Systemic workshop with the leadership in scope of the change, - First draft of a change strategy using techniques such as Wardley Maps and xMatrix, - Definition of the first change increment and expected progress, - Mobilisation of the first change increment deploying services from the System for Continuous Change and using our Platform for Continuous Change. Deliverables: - Identification of the initial continuous change vectors, - xMatrix of the change strategy deployment, - Wardley Maps or Hexi Landscape of the change. Such engagements are designed to be short, with an elapsed time between one and two months, allowing the quick mobilisation of change activities. You can use standalone engagements to refresh a change strategy, which you can execute with your teams and internal coaches. Or you can leverage Henko's Platform for Continuous Change to mobilise and organise the support. The effort and price of this work will depend on the number of teams and leaders involved. Please share the details of your challenges and scope so we can tailor an approach to your needs and provide a quote. Please book an initial call to discuss how to on-board this service.

Cancellation Policy

This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
