Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering sourcing your sessions directly from this website. When you reserve and pay for services directly from this site, you commit to onboarding one of our programmes. As part of the checkout process, you will book an initial onboarding session, during which we will brief you on the next steps. For one-to-one programmes, we will review your needs on the call and match you to one of our coaches. We will then add you to our coaching platform, set up your programme, and give you access to book sessions directly into your coach's calendar. The group programmes follow a schedule for labs and training cohorts, detailed on this page. You must reserve those sessions in your diary, as group sessions do not have the same flexibility to be moved. It is not an issue if you cannot make some sessions, but you would lose out on your learning experience. We could provide catch-up one-to-one sessions in those cases, although those would be at an additional cost. Please note that the 6-session and 10-session one-to-one programmes are valid for one year from signing up. You must consume the sessions within this timeframe to ensure continued commitment to your development. Coaching and mentoring progress through the development of habits, and it is useful to create a cadence of the coaching/mentoring sessions to this effect. It is best to put all the sessions in the diary at the start to establish and follow a cadence. We can organise invoicing or payment schedules if you need such flexibility. Please enquire directly with us. The programme and sessions follow a cancellation and refund policy: - One-to-one programmes can be cancelled before they start, and a full refund will be given minus an administration fee of £150 to cover financial costs and the onboarding call, - One-to-one sessions can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 48 hours before a booked session. Sessions cancelled with shorter notice will be considered consumed as part of the programme unless agreed with the coach, - Labs and cohort attendance can be cancelled 15 days before a cohort starts to qualify for a refund. If many participants cancel soon before the start date, the cohort might not become viable. - Labs and cohort programmes will follow a set schedule of sessions, and the sessions that are not attended will be lost. We also have a complaint policy, should there be an issue with your coach or trainer. We will establish it at the start of the programme.
