Coaching/Mentoring for mid-management and team leaders managing in a changing organisation
Service Description
The coaching/mentoring programmes are individual coaching programmes designed to provide a safe space for mid-management and team leaders to reflect on their experiences navigating change and, for some, their first steps into leadership. Outcomes of the service: - Leadership improvements in mid-level management and team leadership, - Better alignment in teams and across teams, - Better team morale and performance, - Increased adoption of change and improvements to the business, - Development of people engagement and initiative, - Effective problem-solving. Format of the service: - Upon booking the service, we will discuss the leadership development that you and other managers in scope are looking for, - We can enrich the reflections with our perspectives on Flow, LeanTech, systemic and strategic leadership to expand your horizons, - The managers in scope will be on-boarded onto our Platform for Continuous Change, which facilitates the logistics of running the programmes and keeps confidentiality, - The first session will reflect on the respective participant's landscape and establish their coaching/mentoring agenda, - Subsequent sessions will explore further the agenda topics in the context of daily practices, - The last session will review the progress, anchor the breakthroughs, and discuss the need for a subsequent coaching cycle. We follow a six-month cycle, which is the adequate time to make personal changes. This cycle represents six months of support at the rate of one session per month, though the number of sessions can be adjusted. Please book an initial call to discuss how to on-board this service.
Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
