Service Description
Have you fallen behind with Change and need to articulate a solid business case to your board or executive leadership? Or are your Change efforts losing momentum and needing a second lease of life? We help you assess your progress, identify the remaining business challenges, and spot the opportunities to leverage. We then help you articulate the business case to relaunch your change efforts. The format of the service includes: - Review briefing on previous change efforts, - Interviews of a few people from senior management to team members - Flow assessment, - Genba on relevant meetings of operational teams on the business and tech sides, - Workshops with Leadership Team in scope, - Co-creation of the story with the engagement sponsor, - Optionally, business case design with costs/benefits considerations and deployment options. - This service may also be complemented with the design of a first change increment. Deliverables: - Articulation of the Change and how it supports the business strategy - Justification using advanced techniques such as Wardley Maps - Change approach - Costs/benefits analysis
Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
