Service Description
Our coaching/mentoring programmes are meticulously designed to provide a confidential and deeply personalised space for leaders and independent practitioners. Each session is uniquely focused on you, offering a mirror to develop solutions and enhance your leadership skills, challenging you empathetically. Format of the service: - Upon signing up for the service, we will carefully match you with one of our coaches to ensure good chemistry, - You would then establish a cadence of meets with your coach that you pre-book, - The first session will reflect on your current business landscape, establish your coaching/mentoring agenda, and start discussing the specific challenges you face. This session sets the direction for the rest of the programme, - Subsequent sessions will explore further your topic and/or situations that developed, allowing you the space to reflect effectively on the situations and make progress, - We follow a six-month cycle, which is the ideal time to progress strongly with some challenges. This represents six months of support at the rate of one session a month. However, you can consume the sessions faster if you have an urgent need. - We can discuss continuation after six months, or if you are committed to your long-term growth, you may secure our continued assistance directly for a year with our twelve-session packages, which guarantee your two cycles. If you are not so certain about your challenges, we also offer set programmes exploring specific perspectives: - Strategic Leadership - Systemic Leadership (i.e. Leadership of collaborative organisations) - Leadership of Continuous Excellence - Leadership of Flow Agility
Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
