Systemic additions to leadership L&D
Updating your in-house leadership development programmes with Systemic Leadership perspectives
Service Description
Many companies have existing L&D programmes for their leaders. Unfortunately, in our business change work in those organisations, we often experience how misaligned and/or inadequate those programmes can be. Many existing leadership programs operate from an individualistic perspective, often focusing on task management rather than people and system leadership. Classic leadership approaches can have significant downsides, such as overloading the system, creating bottlenecks, and overvaluing planning over progress. These issues can hinder an organisation's growth and success. With 'systemic leadership,' we offer an entirely new perspective on leadership. Although it makes complete sense, it can sometimes feel counterintuitive for leaders who have developed their experience in traditional organisations. We help you update your programmes to make 'systemic leadership' the new norm. Format of the service: - Upon signing up for the service, we will organise the advisory intervention with you, - We'll start by reviewing your existing programmes, - We'll interview several people in the business: leaders, team workers, coaches, HR professionals. Optionally, we can deploy a larger-scale SenseMaker(R) to obtain narrative feedback, - We then run a few workshops to educate and bring the new perspectives of systemic leadership into play, - We design add-ons to your leadership programme and would recommend which elements of the existing programmes may need phasing out and why, - We can extend the process of running the add-ons to the programmes and coach your in-house trainers/coaches to run such programmes under a license agreement with Henko. Alternatively, you may want to adopt a mix of our standard programmes on strategic leadership, systemic leadership, leadership of excellence and leadership of agility. We will discuss this on our first call. Please book an initial call to discuss how to on-board this service.
Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
