Systemic Leadership Circle

Internal social circles focused on developing Systemic Leadership skills with your leaders

Service Description

This service is a turnkey engagement under our Spirited Engagement services that addresses the challenge of evolving leadership practices in service, knowledge-based, digital organisations. This service is designed to help several leaders reflect on their systemic leadership skills. What we mean by systemic leadership is the ability to adjust their decision-making to the systemic complexity at stake and organise team & system collaboration accordingly. This is a very vast topic, and we can run multiple versions of this programme, each one exploring the topic of leadership of collaborative teams in greater depth. This could be turned into a continuous programme over a multi-year engagement in six-month increments that would continually feel fresh and engaging to the participating leaders. If you have more specific needs and require custom-designing the social circle schedule, we offer a service to do just this. Please look for this service as part of our Spirited Engagement category. Format of the Service: - Upon signing up for the service, we'll discuss with you the opportunities for leadership growth, - We would ideally interview a few candidate participants to gauge their understanding of modern systemic techniques and the level of their natural abilities as leaders, - We would set the expectation of the programme and design an initial arch from available modules, and we would validate it with you, - We'll run an introduction session setting up the collaborative alliance and framing the topics and will ask people to elect to take on "hot seats", i.e. when they will be bringing topics for discussion, - We'll then run six sessions using our techniques of circle facilitation, - The last session will also include a wrap, - We would discuss your interest in running longer programmes over 12 months and more. If you do not have the scale for operating circles of your own, please enquire as we can look to combine non-competitive businesses with shared circles and/or bulk onboard you on a public run of such circles.

Cancellation Policy

This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
