Tailored change supervision groups
Change supervision coaching groups focused on reflecting on the adoption of new specific practices
Service Description
Social reflections on the pragmatic deployment of change are an important part of the learning process and practice adoption. In fact, according to adult development theories, learning from practical experience counts much more than learning from theory. We don't believe we should argue for one or the other because we believe both are essential and complementary. This is why our training cohorts package an associated reflection supervision programme as standard. Such supervision groups can start immediately and focus on complementing change initiatives already in place. Alternatively, we can run semi-guided programmes that frame essential education as prompts to stimulate reflections and discussions. This is a highly effective way to explore new areas while leaving the participants to process their knowledge, enhancing their knowledge retention. The service can use ready-made supervision groups (please see other services) for systemic leadership, Agile collaborative practices, Coaching Cultures, and developing leadership skills with software engineers. Those ready-made programmes are ready to deploy in a set format. This offering is to tailor the supervision group format to your specific needs. Format of the Service: The service will run similarly to the established supervision groups. We will help you select a cohort, schedule and facilitate an introductory session, and conduct six focused sessions using our techniques for group supervision. This specific service includes an upfront advisory part to review your needs and design a format based on the focus you would like to give to the supervision group. We specialise in designing the arc of such programmes. If you do not have the scale for operating in-house supervision groups, please enquire, as we can look to combine non-competitive businesses with shared circle groups and/or bulk onboard you on public runs of such groups.
Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
