Team & System Health Dynamics Coaching
Systemic coaching for teams, leadership teams and systems of team of teams
Service Description
The Team and System Health Development is based on complex adaptive systems dynamics and systemic coaching concepts and practices. Those programmes look to create intentionality in the intangibles of the teams' relationships. We bring many practices to discuss the health of teams as teams. Those discussions already improve team dynamics, and we specifically focus on discussing alliances, creating clarity of roles, unfolding and exploring tensions and conflicts to find new alignment, and creating intentions and actions. Keeping the teams ticking and thriving does not require intensive work but regular work. Small changes happen once you stick to a cadence, and those snowball into meaningful performance. Outcomes of the service: - Improvement in team dynamics, - Improvements in systemic dynamics, - Better team morale and performance, - Increased adoption of change and improvements to the business, - Development of people engagement and initiative, - Effective problem-solving, - Better strategic alignment and participation. Format of the service: - Once you get in touch with us, we will discuss the systemic landscape and determine how to deploy the coaching to the teams and team of teams, - We will discuss the general hopes and expectations and will recommend that you share this with the teams in scope, - We will then start the sessions with the teams and get them to reflect on the expectations from this work and the focus areas, - We will progress through the sessions, - And do a wrap-up on the last session to secure progress and actions, - We also aim to create habits of such discussions in the team, for instance, using Check-ins, We establish your programme as several sessions over a period, typically three to six sessions over a six-month cycle, which is the right timescale to see some changes materialise. The intensity of the session schedule depends on the types of challenges present in the teams and the ambitions placed on them.

We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
