The Challenge:

If the past two decades of Agile and Digital change are anything to learn a lesson from, it is that classic change management approaches don't work for the modern complex challenges of businesses.

Change is no longer about regimenting people to work in a set way. In the age of knowledge work, change is about reconnecting people with knowledge and thinking individually and collaboratively. Teams are not just about execution; they are also here to contribute to the decisions and the journey. So, for the right change, we also must change the classic approaches to it!

Audiences:

  • Professional Coaches who would like to work more in business Change,

  • Agile professionals who would like to explore coaching approaches to Change,

  • Change managers who need to update their approach to Change leadership,

  • Leaders who need to develop coaching approaches in their Leadership,

  • HR professionals who need to educate their organisation on a different approach to Change.

Development Objectives:

In this landscape, Agendashift offers a refreshing approach that does not look to template what the change should be but offers dialogic and generative patterns to facilitate people's design of the Change.

As people collaboratively work through those patterns, they develop solutions for their businesses and the skills to lead change. Those skills are key to the change and contribute to the business's progress.

For coaches, this training offers a unique and effective approach to change that aligns with coaching competencies and modalities. Agendashift patterns introduce generative images (equivalent to metaphors) and generative questions (or powerful questions) in structured exercises that empower teams to take ownership of and shape their change.

Agendashift (TM) is one of the few frameworks that seamlessly integrate a coaching approach with Change, making it an essential tool for professional coaches in organisational change.

We invite you to explore the full details of our curriculum in our training section. By enrolling in our program, you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to lead successful change initiatives in your organisation.

This service will be available for public cohorts in late 2024. Private cohorts can be commissioned now. Watch for the announcement of our first cohorts, where you can take the next step in your professional development.

We are in the process of validating this curriculum with ICF CCEUs (International Coaching Federation Continuous Coaching Education Units), which Coaches use to maintain their credentials. Once qualified, it will offer a great resource in coach education for the coaches interested in the Change market.

You may inquire about individual supervision with Henko, or please check our upcoming cohorts from the Leadership Development section »
