About the Event
For this meetup, we are excited to host Fabrice Bernhard, co-author of the Lean Tech Manifesto and CTO of the fast growing consultancy, Theodo. Fabrice has become an expert in marrying the worlds of Tech, Lean and Agile.
We met with Fabrice a long time ago, in the early days of Theodo, and Fabrice will share with us his first-hand experience gained through Client work, and most importantly applied to growing Theodo into a 700+ talents tech consultancy.
The Agile world has been struggling to bring Agile to the Enterprise level with the intended outcome of business agility. Often this has been associated with the idea of scaling the practices. Fabrice will guide us through the more systemic perspectives from The Lean Tech Manifesto, consisting in leveraging both Lean Thinking and tech innovation from the best tech organisations to create alignment for value-add and a culture of delivery excellence and continuous improvements.
As the industry is thinking about where next and how to regroup on business agility, the perspective of alignment to value-add is likely to be core to Enterprise agility and Flow. We encourage you to engage, ask questions, and make the most of this opportunity to learn from Fabrice's experience. The meetup will be hosted by Philippe Guenet.
And beyond this meetup, we have a whole series of further meetups planned between Fabrice and Philippe. Watch this space!
