About the Event

This is the last meetup in the LeanTech series. We will wrap the series with a focus on Leadership. Leadership and change resistance have often been mentioned as challenges to progress digital and Agile transformations.

Drawing from the principles outlined in the LeanTech Manifesto, and in the presence of Fabrice Bernhard, one of its co-authors, we will dive more into the traits of Lean leadership and the application of such leadership in the world of tech, digital and Agile.

There are many commonalities and considerably more history of practices to draw from and learn. We will focus on value delivery, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity, central to Lean Thinking. We will discuss the core qualities that define a LeanTech leader, such as fostering a culture of experimentation, empowering teams, and aligning strategy with operational excellence. These traits are essential for driving innovation and maintaining agility in a competitive landscape.

Whether you're a business leader, a technology executive, or part of an agile team, this meetup will provide valuable insights on how to develop and strengthen your leadership skills to drive success in the digital tech world. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn from the experiences of LeanTech leaders.

This meetup will be co-facilitated by Fabrice Bernhard and Philippe Guenet
