We are qualified to run Lumina Spark assessment and debrief those as part of our Leadership coaching programmes. We prefer Lumina Spark to other traditional portrait assessment tools because it does not aim to pigeon-hole you into a profile. The Splash application gives a balance view of the Leaders' profile, which helps explore growth areas and authenticity.
