Service Description
Organisations must improve productivity and performance, especially in services and tech industries. Lean has long been used to facilitate effective and efficient work in manufacturing, and LeanTech's ideas extend it to services and tech businesses, which offer much potential. Our approach is highly contextual to your business and your situation. We start in practice and from your context. We work with your teams and leadership and aim to improve at least one KPI. We start the engagement with some 'genba' - seeing the facts in the teams, observing practices, and quality. We also run some workshops and use assessment tools. We educate the teams on Kaizen techniques as they use them to drive meaningful improvements. This is what develops the culture and the results on top of the knowledge. In parallel, we work with a leadership team and senior leaders to determine how to extend the kaizen culture to the organisation's systemic levels. We look at Flow, cross-functional alignment across teams, measures and visualisation, and leadership. This allows you to expand your learning and deployment. Deliverables: - Step improvement in a team achieving a KPI, - Dynamic learning from the experience to inform the wider deployment, - Design support for deploying Kaizen at team and system levels and the gaps, - Identification of responsibility and ownership for quality across the system and the gaps, - xMatrix of the change strategy for LeanTech excellence and how the effort will be deployed. Such engagements are designed to be short, with an elapsed time between one and two months, allowing the quick mobilisation of improvement activities. You can use standalone engagements to recalibrate your approach to improvements, which you can execute with your teams and internal coaches. Or you can leverage Henko's Platform for Continuous Change to mobilise and organise the support continuously. The effort and price of this work will depend on the number of teams and leaders involved. Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish your interest in engaging the support of Henko. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of an engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for engagements that need to happen on a specific date (e.g., presentations, off-sites). It is best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
