One-to-One Supervision for Coach-Leaders
Supervision for leaders looking to develop coaching and systemic skills in their leadership

Service Description
This programme is for self-funded leaders who want to develop coaching, systemic, and flow skills in their leadership. It is available in 6-session and 10-session formats. The supervision programmes are focused on developing systemic coaching skills, which are team coaching competencies in leadership. The programmes also naturally examine work situations that involve creating flow, focusing on excellence, and driving more substantial strategic outcomes. Leadership development rarely happens unsupported. A coach will challenge how you see your situations and how you act in them. Leadership can only be developed step-by-step, in the context of your landscape, and with the intentionality that coaching sessions can bring. Format of the service: - Upon signing up for the service, we will carefully match you with one of our coaches to ensure good chemistry, - You would then establish a cadence of meets with your coach that you pre-book, - The first session will reflect on your current business landscape, establish your coaching/mentoring agenda, and discuss your specific challenges. This session sets the direction for the rest of the programme, - Subsequent sessions will explore further your topic and/or situations that developed, allowing you the space to reflect effectively on the situations and make progress, - We offer six to ten-session programmes, and you may consume the sessions at your chosen rate. Sessions are valid for up to one year and must be consumed within twelve months. Once you buy the service, you can schedule an initial 30-minute conversation to get it organised. Those programmes are slightly more expensive than other one-to-one programmes because we use specialist team coaches to support you.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering sourcing your sessions directly from this website. When you reserve and pay for services directly from this site, you commit to onboarding one of our programmes. As part of the checkout process, you will book an initial onboarding session, during which we will brief you on the next steps. For one-to-one programmes, we will review your needs on the call and match you to one of our coaches. We will then add you to our coaching platform, set up your programme, and give you access to book sessions directly into your coach's calendar. The group programmes follow a schedule for labs and training cohorts, detailed on this page. You must reserve those sessions in your diary, as group sessions do not have the same flexibility to be moved. It is not an issue if you cannot make some sessions, but you would lose out on your learning experience. We could provide catch-up one-to-one sessions in those cases, although those would be at an additional cost. Please note that the 6-session and 10-session one-to-one programmes are valid for one year from signing up. You must consume the sessions within this timeframe to ensure continued commitment to your development. Coaching and mentoring progress through the development of habits, and it is useful to create a cadence of the coaching/mentoring sessions to this effect. It is best to put all the sessions in the diary at the start to establish and follow a cadence. We can organise invoicing or payment schedules if you need such flexibility. Please enquire directly with us. The programme and sessions follow a cancellation and refund policy: - One-to-one programmes can be cancelled before they start, and a full refund will be given minus an administration fee of £150 to cover financial costs and the onboarding call, - One-to-one sessions can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 48 hours before a booked session. Sessions cancelled with shorter notice will be considered consumed as part of the programme unless agreed with the coach, - Labs and cohort attendance can be cancelled 15 days before a cohort starts to qualify for a refund. If many participants cancel soon before the start date, the cohort might not become viable. - Labs and cohort programmes will follow a set schedule of sessions, and the sessions that are not attended will be lost. We also have a complaint policy, should there be an issue with your coach or trainer. We will establish it at the start of the programme.
