Details
As organisations seek to re-energise their approach to change and agile, Flow has emerged as a popular concept.
But what is Flow? Have you experienced Flow? Was it good Flow or bad Flow (i.e. friction)? Do you understand Push vs Pull and how much more effective one-piece-flow can be? How may you improve your flow when you focus on improving your work alignment?
In this meetup, we will run a flow simulation exercise using Miro, allowing you to experience those concepts yourself. You'll work in a team, running a virtual car manufacturing production chain and trialling different approaches. This material is part of our core Fow training, and this meetup will be a rare occasion to practice it in a public setting. Companies like Toyota and Porsche use this kind of exercise to teach Lean to their engineers and technicians.
