Getting started on your challenge
Early stage startup founders may want to join our public training cohorts on a per seat basis. We can also offer bulk registration to those trainings and dedicated assistance in parallel, e.g. if you wanted to Story-Tell your strategy using Wardley Maps in your investment pitch deck, or if you needed to organise a strategy off-site for your leadership team. Please enquire.
We also offer further services to develop a modern (systemic) leadership & teams using coaching. When reaching a size of 30-40 people, it is time to consider organising in value streams and designing your operating model accordingly.
We can help you through the whole journey with focused engagements, making it cost effective.
