Service Description
This programme is uniquely designed to provide continuous assistance to Senior Executives, including CEOs, COOs, CTOs, CIOs, and Heads of Change, in navigating the complexities of organisational change. We understand the challenges you face and our role is to provide the support you need to reflect, make sound decisions, and develop your leadership further. We understand that leadership can be a lonely journey, and we are here to be the sounding board that is often missing when you are at the top of the ladder. Our approach is friendly yet challenging, designed to bring out the best in you. With our experience and comprehensive coverage of new perspectives, we will help dramatically improve your decisions, your relationships, and, ultimately, your growth. Format of the service: At the service's core are monthly virtual or in-person whiteboard sessions. In those sessions, we: - Review your priorities to help you continually stay focused and reflect on what's meaningful, - Structure the discussions around challenging the perspectives and determining new possibilities, - Co-create solutions, - Educate on new concepts and perspectives, - Establishing further support we can offer under the services (eg. elaborating a message, curating some approach, reviewing a presentation or a business case, etc) In addition, we will also: - Run a fortnightly check-in of 15 minutes to review progress, drive commitment, address emerging issues and prepare the focus of the next monthly session, - Offer some ad-hoc offline time to give feedback on presentations or other documents, help prepare important sessions with peers, senior management, clients, or teams, or discuss how to take systemic perspectives to resolve a conflict or approach a situation. We understand the demands of your schedule and the potential constraints of travel. If in-person monthly whiteboard sessions are not feasible, we can fully manage the service remotely, with lighter virtual sessions and some offline work. Your needs are our priority, and we are committed to accommodating them in the best possible way. Once you book the service, we will onboard you on our Platform for Change to organise the whole schedule.
Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
