This is a free initial discussion to review the challenges and opportunities you need help with as a business, leader, or practitioner. Please review Henko's approaches and offerings on this website and let us know what interests you about our pillars of Flow agility, LeanTech operational excellence, coaching the leadership of collaborative teams, and the continuous strategy operating model. Also, please let us know what interests you about our new approaches to change with the System for Continuous Change. During the session, we will discuss your options and how to start the first increment of Henko's System for Continuous Change.
Cancellation Policy
This is a booking for a free consultation to discuss your needs and explore the solutions from Henko's System for Continuous Change. We will aim to accommodate those consultations, though we may occasionally need to move them to accommodate client work. We apologise in advance if this happens. As those consultations are only 30 minutes long, please provide as much context as possible in the booking form. This will help us quickly determine how to help you.
