Combining the strategies from the different teams into one coherent view is necessary to increase the number of people working with and contributing to the strategy while keeping it coherent and aligned. The service is generally combined with the Continuous Strategy Operating Model, which requires the teams to keep their strategy on one page (A3 thinking in strategy) and maintain a tool for recording the strategy and results. Once achieved, the business can genuinely organise itself around strategic outcomes rather than project delivery. This offering, which works with our partner i-nexus, combines workshops with your teams to set and consolidate strategies. It is a highly tailored package. Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
