Systemic Additions to Leadership L&D
Updating your in-house leadership development programmes with Systemic Leadership perspectives
Service Description
Many companies have existing L&D programmes for their leaders. Unfortunately, when we work in Change in those organisations, we experience how misaligned and/or inadequate those programmes can be. Many existing leadership programs operate from an individualistic perspective on leadership, often focusing on task management rather than people management. This approach can have significant downsides, such as overloading the system, creating bottlenecks, and overvaluing planning over progress. These issues can hinder the growth and success of your organization. With systemic leadership, we bring an entirely new perspective on leadership. Although all of it makes sense, it can sometimes be counterintuitive for leaders who have developed their experience of leadership in traditional organisations. We help you update your programmes to make a systemic way of leadership the new norm. Format of the service: - Upon signing up for the service, we will organise the advisory intervention with you, - We'll start by reviewing your existing programmes, - We'll interview several people in the business, leaders, team workers, coaches, HR professionals, - Optionally, we can deploy a larger-scale SenseMaker(R) to gain a complete narrative feedback, - We then run a few workshops to educate and bring the new perspectives of systemic leadership into play, - We design add-ons to your leadership programme and would recommend which part of the existing programmes to phase out and why, - We can extend the process of running the add-ons to the programmes and coach your in-house trainers/coaches to run such programmes under a license agreement for the Henko standard modules that would be reused. Alternatively, you may want to adopt a mix of our standard programmes on strategic leadership, systemic leadership, leadership of excellence and leadership of agility. We will discuss this on our first call.
Cancellation Policy
This booking is to establish the basis for the engagement of interest. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your needs and the suitability of the engagement. We will then produce a quote to proceed with the engagement. We will also schedule the engagement based on availability. This is especially important for multi-day engagements (e.g., strategy off-site, change increment design, etc.) or those that must be on a specific day (e.g., presentations). Best to talk early to avoid disappointment.
