Team & system dynamics coaching

Systemic coaching develops collaboration in teams, leadership teams and across teams

Service Description

The team and system health dynamics coaching is based on complex adaptive systems dynamics and systemic coaching concepts and practices. Those programmes look to create intentionality in the intangibles of teamwork relationships. We use systemic coaching practices to stimulate and improve teamwork dynamics. These discussions don't tend to occur without the assistance of a skilled systems coach. We establish alliances, clarify roles, unfold and explore tensions and conflicts, find new alignment, and create intentions and actions. Keeping the teams ticking and thriving does not require intensive work but regular work. Small changes happen once you organise a cadence, and those snowball into meaningful performance. Outcomes you can expect: - Improvement in team dynamics and psychological safety, - Improvements in organisation systems' dynamics, - Better team morale and performance, - Increased adoption of change and improvements to the business,  - Development of people engagement and initiative, - Effective problem-solving, - Better strategic alignment and participation.  Format of the service: - Once you get in touch with us, we will discuss the systemic landscape and determine how to deploy the coaching to the teams and leadership teams, - We will discuss the general hopes and expectations and will establish custodianship to steer the work, - We will then start the sessions with the teams and get them to reflect on the expectations from this work and the focus areas, - We will progress through the sessions, - And do a wrap-up on the last session to secure progress and actions, - We also aim to create habits of such discussions in the team, for instance, using Check-ins, - Organising the work will be facilitated by using our Platform for Continuous Change. We establish your programme as several sessions, typically three to six sessions over six months, which is an adequate timescale for some changes to materialise. The intensity of the session schedule depends on the types of challenges present in the teams and the ambitions placed on them. Please book an initial call to discuss how to on-board this service.
