The challenge:
Executives and leaders often have a love-hate relationship with change. They know change is necessary for the business but they have limited time to focus on it. Change ends up commissioned to external consultants while leaders continue to run the business.
This hits major contradictions and paradoxes when the change is about the ways of working and performance. Executives essentially own the governance and performance of their organisation and unless they are deeply involved with the change, the change ends up working against the governance and the governance against the change.
It is key to reconnect the Leadership to their role and relationship with change. If change is to become continuous, it needs to be integrated as part of the leadership scope.

Henko's approach is not to take on change on your behalf. We help you bring change within your scope, develop skills and practices for it, and update your leadership style accordingly.
At the start of those programmes, we clarify where you would like the focus to be, which will heighten your awareness and clarify development areas:
We explore the challenges that you have identified,
We look at your challenges together, applying lenses of Flow, strategy, leadership & collaboration, and excellence. It will crystallise the directions of exploration,
We design with you a programme that can be fully tailored or semi-guided from the leadership dimensions that we identified,
We establish a schedule of sessions over the period, and we will facilitate deep, challenging reflections in support of better decisions,
We run the programme with you, from simple coaching sessions to more involved programmes (e.g., Sparring partner programmes), where we spend more time co-creating solutions with you.
We can run such programmes over six months or twelve months.
